Are you passionate about creating welcoming spaces where people can connect, build community, and grow in their faith? CRU Lake Mac is seeking a Property Assistant to help maintain and enhance our beautiful campsite, supporting the ministry and guest experience through practical service.
About the Role
As a Property Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of the Property team, responsible for maintaining the grounds, facilities, and activity areas. Your work will help ensure CRU Lake Mac remains a safe, clean, and inviting environment for campers and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Groundskeeping: mowing, edging, gardening, and bushland maintenance
General maintenance of buildings, facilities, and activity equipment
Cleaning and preparing camp areas for guests and programs
Assisting with operational tasks across the site
Supporting the Site Director and team with various duties

Who are we looking for
A mature Christian faith and active involvement in a local church
Agreement with CRU’s Basis of Belief and commitment to Christian ministry
Trades qualification highly regarded
Practical experience in property maintenance and groundskeeping
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks safely
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
Current driver’s licence
